All appointments during level 4 will be virtual wherever possible over the telephone or via Doxyme. If you require a face to face appointment, please telephone reception on 03 389 6655 to discuss. Face masks must be worn by patients at all times. Reminder appointments, prescriptions and email enquiries can be submitted through Manage My Health.  We will be actively checking the portal for queries. If you require help with setting up your portal account please phone our receptionists on 03 389 6655.
