Our standard consultation time with a doctor is 15 minutes for one patient. This time allows approximately 12 minutes to review your health concerns with you, leaving the remaining time to finish your notes and paperwork. This is enough time to safely review up to 2 health concerns, including prescriptions.
Standard consults can be booked online through Manage my Health.
If you feel that you will need more time and/or have many health concerns to discuss please call our reception team to arrange an extended consult. (Additional fees apply)
If a standard consult is booked and you arrive with a list of concerns, the doctor will ask you to prioritize your concerns at the time and rebook at a later date for the remaining concerns. This helps us keep to time and provide quality care for all of our patients.
Late Arrivals
Please call reception ahead of time if you are going to arrive late to your appointment. If you arrive late you may be asked to reschedule your booking.
No Shows
We do understand life can get busy, we do ask for at least 2 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend your booking. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient needing to be seen on the day. Not giving us 2 hours notice may result in the full consult fee being charged to your account.
